Whole yoghurt

Yoghurt is yoghurt. Or is it? Zuivelboerderij Texel’s dairy maker has a recipe for making both solid and liquid yoghurt. If you like a refreshing, thinner yoghurt, liquid yoghurt is the one for you. If you prefer a thicker, mild yoghurt, we recommend solid yoghurt. Both are fresh and whole, that goes without saying.
